During king Cecrops’ reign, Athena became the patron goddess of the city of Athens in a competition with Poseidon which Cecrops judged. They agreed that each would give the Athenians one gift, and Cecrops would choose whichever gift they preferred. Poseidon struck the rock of the Acropolis with his trident and a spring sprang up; the water was salty and was not thought very useful, whereas Athena struck the rock with her lance and an olive tree sprung up. Cecrops judged the olive tree to be the superior gift, for the olive tree brought wood, oil and food, and consequently accepted Athena as their patron.

We have opened our 2nd location in Mocksville N.C. at Colin Creek Golf Course at 2251 U.S.64,we will be serving Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner six days a week. Our breakfast, lunch, dinner, menu will feature
some of our best foods from Olive Tree Deli on Stratford Rd.
Plus all the deliouses new dishes our chef ( Brad Moore) has prepard which are listed on our menus.

The Mocksville location will feather 3 fireplaces 1 in the bar section 1 in the main dinning room and 1 on the outside patio.The main dinning room will seat approx., 130 people.The out door patio will seat around 60+.

The bar will serve Draft Beer, Wine, and Cocktails.
